Team Players Class Timetable

They say variety is the spice of life – and one thing Murray likes is a variety of spice. At Team Players our routine changes daily to give you the benefit of an well rounded program and get your blood pumping and your booty movin! You will leave each class feeling fresh and energized to conquer your daily challenges.

Our program changes regularly so no matter when you come in – Monday – Saturday, expect the unexpected.

Team Players…. the smarter group training option!

The good news!
You don’t need to maintain your max heart rate for the whole session!
You’ll actually see and obtain the best results by training at your maximum effort at much shorter intervals. That is what HIIT is all about. You don’t want to be training sub-maximally for an entire gym session.

Not just jumping around!!!
A more rounded, practical and scientific program to maximise fat burning, toning and functional strength.

Not just another floor routine!
We use more equipment to achieve better strength and conditioning and fat burning results!

Our programs include…..

  • Treadmill incline programs for fitness and fat burning.
  • Measurable results!
  • Measurable improvements!

Increase your metabolism….
Cable, torsonators and pinloaded equipment! More options to maximise toning and reduce injuries to postural muscles and joints. Not to mention the core conditioning!

Also boxing bags for variety!

Racks!
Whether you’re lifting 1kg or 100kg, racks make exercise safer and more effective. Improve your strength like never before with the safety and practicality of squat racks and bench press racks.

And of course spin bikes, air bike and rower.

Not to mention the bodyweight and plyometric exercises we all love.

Best of all, each exercise is adaptable to cater to any fitness level and experience.

Don’t be lost in the crowd….. we keep numbers small for safety and quality of service. Average class size is 12 – 14 participants.

I’ve been training with Murray at Team Players for just over a year now. It’s the first time I’ve ever been able to stick to something consistently and now I love working out. I used this gym for a photoshoot and for that it's absolutely wonderful. Severally really nice natural light surfaces and some great texture spaces of exposed brick and distressed wooden doors downstairs. While I've not used the gym the machines and equipment are modern, clean and look great.read more

Since starting at Player's Gym two months ago I have lost 5.5kg, 21cms and 3% body fat. Having done no exercise prior, I'm now addicted to the fast-paced HIIT style workouts. The classes are tough, but completely doable for newbies. Murray (the trainer/owner) is kind, patient and knowledgeable, plus the people are that attend the classes are pretty great too. Highly recommended.read more

Definitely check out Team Players. Very friendly and supportive trainers and group participants. Incorporates HIIT with weight training for the best fat burning and toning results. Caters for any fitness level although some gym experience is preferred.read more
