Team Playters will be resuming training sessions from 8 November 2020. Due to the current restrictions that are in place we have to limit our classes to 10 people.
To compensate for this we are now offering new session times to keep everyone involved. BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL so get in early!

They say variety is the spice of life – and one thing Murray likes is a variety of spice. At Team Players our routine changes daily to give you the benefit of an well rounded program and get your blood pumping and your booty movin! You will leave each class feeling fresh and energized to conquer your daily challenges.
Our program changes regularly so no matter when you come in – Monday – Saturday, expect the unexpected.

You don’t need to maintain your max heart rate for the whole session!
You’ll actually see and obtain the best results by training at your maximum effort at much shorter intervals. That is what HIIT is all about. You don’t want to be training sub-maximally for an entire gym session.

Racks!
Whether you’re lifting 1kg or 100kg, racks make exercise safer and more effective. Improve your strength like never before with the safety and practicality of squat racks and bench press racks.
And of course spin bikes, air bike and rower.
Not to mention the bodyweight and plyometric exercises we all love.
Best of all, each exercise is adaptable to cater to any fitness level and experience.
Don’t be lost in the crowd….. we keep numbers small for safety and quality of service. Average class size is 12 – 14 participants.
